$20 million public liability. Every booking.
Held in the name of Brizzy Jumping Castles (Eetlust Pty Ltd, ABN 53 119 209 755) — underwritten by AIG Australia Limited via Sports Underwriting Australia. School fetes, council parks and corporate venues all need it. Certificate of Currency supplied free — usually within 1 business day.
Australian Standard AS 3533.4 compliance
Every inflatable in our fleet complies with AS 3533.4-2018 — Amusement rides and devices: Inflatable devices for recreational use. This is the Australian-wide compliance standard that covers manufacturing, anchoring, capacity limits, operator training and inspection regimes.
Manufactured to spec
Vinyl thickness, blower output, anchor point count, exit configuration and capacity ratings all built to AS 3533.4. Every unit has a compliance plate showing maximum users, age range and required floor area.
Anchored to spec
Grass: 4–8 stakes (depending on unit size) driven 600mm minimum. Hard surfaces: weighted ballast bags or building anchors rated to manufacturer wind tolerance. Never operated above 30 km/h wind.
Pre-event blower & pressure check
Before we hand over, our crew runs the blower for a full inflation cycle, walks the entire seam and checks operating pressure. Any unit that doesn't pass goes back on the truck and we substitute it.
Capacity limits enforced
Capacity is on the compliance plate AND in our pre-event safety brief. We won't deliver a 6-user castle for a party of 30 — we'll recommend a larger size or a second unit.
Our 4-stage cleaning process
Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitised after every booking — not just hosed down. This is what happens between your event and the next family using the same gear.
- 1
Vacuum and debris removal
All loose debris (leaves, sand, food) is vacuumed from the bouncing surface, walls and netting. Any fabric damage is flagged for repair before the unit goes back on the truck.
- 2
Surface wash
Bouncing surface, walls and entry mats are washed with food-safe detergent. Dirt, sticky residue and surface marks come off here.
- 3
Hospital-grade sanitisation
Sanitised with a hospital-grade disinfectant (TGA-listed, kid-safe). Same standard used in childcare centres. Particular focus on the entry zone, slide deck and high-touch points.
- 4
Inflated dry & final inspection
Fully inflated to dry the interior, then our crew walks the unit one more time before it goes back into stock. If anything looks off it gets repaired before the next hire — no exceptions.
The basics, every booking

Wind ratings & weather
We don't operate in winds over 30 km/h or heavy rain. We monitor BOM and contact you if your event needs to be rescheduled. See policy →
Safety mats included
Every jumping castle includes safety mats at the entrance. Optional surrounding mats available for hard surfaces.
Supervisor service
For school fetes, corporate events and adult castles, our trained operator/supervisor is available from $95/hr weekday, $125/hr Saturday, $150/hr Sunday. Required for the Disco Dome and inflatable nightclub. More on supervised hire →
Age & capacity guidelines
Each product page lists age range and capacity. Adult castles are 18+, kids' castles 3–12. Mixing age groups inside the same castle is the single biggest cause of injuries — please don't.
Pre-event safety brief
On every delivery, our crew briefs the responsible adult on the safety rules: capacity limits, age groups, weather triggers, and the emergency cut-off procedure. 5 minutes, every time.
Council park ready
Brisbane City Council, Logan, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast all accept our COC and risk assessment as standard. We've delivered in all the parks. Tell us your event venue and we'll handle the paperwork.
School and P&C ready
School office paperwork — COC, risk assessment, signed terms — supplied free. We're the brand most South-East QLD primary school P&Cs already work with.
