Two programs, one idea: if you bring us business, we share the upside. The customer referral program is for everyday customers; the affiliate program is for party planners, photographers and event coordinators who book us regularly.
Customer referral program — $30 each, both ways
If you've hired from us, refer a friend and both of you get $30 off your next booking when they book. No catches, no minimum spend, no expiry on your credit.
How it works
- You give your friend our details — phone, website, or just send them this page.
- They mention your name when they book — at the quote stage, not after the fact.
- Once their event is delivered, $30 credit is applied to your account and to theirs.
- Use it on your next booking — at any time, no expiry.
The fine print (there isn't much)
- Both parties must have a paid booking — credit applies after the friend's event runs.
- One referral credit per booking. Stack them up over time though — book 3 friends, save $90 on your next event.
- Credits are not redeemable for cash and can't be combined with our package discounts (Fun Food Bundles, School Fete and Corporate packages).
- Referrals from the same household don't count — has to be a different family or organisation.
How to refer someone
Easiest way: forward them this page or our website. When they reach out for a quote, they put your name in the "How did you hear about us?" field. We'll match it up and apply the credit on both sides once their event runs.
Affiliate program — for party planners and event vendors
If you book inflatable hire as part of your work — wedding planning, kids' party planning, school event coordination, corporate events, face painting, mobile petting zoos, photography — the affiliate program pays a commission on every booking you bring us.

- Face painters, balloon twisters, magicians — vendors who get asked "do you know someone for the castle?" all the time

How the commission works
Choose whichever pays you better on every booking: 10% commission on the equipment hire, OR a flat $50 per booking. No cap, no exclusivity, no minimum volume — most planners take 10% on the big jobs and $50 on the smaller ones.
- 10% commission on the equipment hire — best on larger bookings (school fetes, corporate days, multi-item parties)
- Flat $50 per booking — best on smaller bookings ($300–$500 hires) where 10% would be less
- Paid monthly by direct deposit — we send a statement at the end of each month showing what's owed
- Customer keeps your discount — your client pays our standard rate; your commission is on top
- No cap on bookings — refer once a year or once a week, the rate stays the same
How to sign up
Send us an email at fun@brisbanejumpingcastles.com with your business name, ABN and the type of work you do. We'll set you up with an affiliate code, share our current product list and pricing, and book a 15-minute call so you know what we hire and what we don't.
From there, every booking that comes in with your code is tracked. We send a monthly summary and pay your commission to your nominated account.

Common partner setups
- Kids' party planner — quotes a 4-hour party package including castle, fun food and 2 hours of face painting. We bill the planner directly; the planner bills the parent. Commission on the equipment hire portion.
- Wedding photographer — books the photo pod as an upsell for receptions. Customer pays us direct, photographer earns 10% on every booking they bring.
- School fete coordinator — refers the school's annual fete to us. Commission goes to the coordinator's business directly, not to the school.
