How much does jumping castle hire cost in Brisbane?
Medium themed jumping castles start at $225 for a 4-hour hire, $250 for 7 hours, $295 overnight, and $350 for the whole weekend. Larger combo castles, water slides and obstacle courses range from $350 to $1,200+ depending on size and duration. Add delivery from $95.
How do I book?
Fill out our quote form on the contact page or call us. We'll send a tailored quote with everything included β€” delivery, setup, pickup. A 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is auto-charged 7 days before your event. Wet weather reschedules made by then are free, subject to availability.
Where do you deliver?
Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Delivery costs depend on your postcode and start at $95 within Zone 1 (inner Brisbane). Check our delivery page for your exact postcode.
What size jumping castle do I need?
For 1–8 kids aged 3–12, a medium 4Γ—4m jumping castle is plenty. For 8–20 kids, a large combo castle (typically 6Γ—5m) gives more room and adds a slide. For 20+ kids or older kids, look at obstacle courses or large combos. Check the spec table on each product page for capacity.
Do you supply a supervisor?
A supervisor / operator is available at $95/hr weekday, $125/hr Saturday, $150/hr Sunday. They're required for adult castles like the Disco Dome and recommended for school fetes and corporate events. For backyard kids parties an adult guardian can supervise.
Are you insured?
Yes β€” we carry $20m public liability insurance on all products. A Certificate of Currency is available on request, which most schools, councils and corporate venues require.
Can you deliver to a public park?
Yes, but you'll need a council permit for the park and we'll need power on-site (or you can hire our generator). We also need a 1m clear access path to the setup area. Note: some councils do NOT allow pegs into the ground, so we can't set up an inflatable on those sites. We do offer a solution for hard-surface or no-peg sites β€” call and ask.
What about wet weather?
Inflatables can't operate in heavy rain or strong winds (over 30 km/h). You can reschedule for any reason up to 7 days before your event at no charge β€” we issue a gift card valid for 3 years. Inside 7 days a 25% admin fee applies (minimum $250) but we may waive this for genuine wet weather. See our wet weather policy for full details.
How long does setup take?
Most jumping castles take 15–30 minutes to set up. Larger obstacle courses and water slides take 30–60 minutes. We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before your event start time.
Can we pick up the equipment ourselves?
No β€” to keep our warehousing streamlined and ensure equipment is safe and properly set up, we deliver and collect every booking ourselves.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes β€” there's a minimum order value of $250 for the equipment subtotal in Zone 1, increasing for outer zones. This is separate from the delivery fee.
What's your cancellation policy?
More than 7 days' notice: the 50% non-refundable deposit is forfeited; any balance paid is refunded. Less than 7 days' notice (or on the day): all funds paid are forfeited. We may waive cancellation fees for acts of God or government-imposed shutdowns at our discretion. Full clauses are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I postpone instead of cancelling?
Yes β€” and postponing is usually a better outcome for everyone. Postpone with more than 7 days' notice and there's no charge β€” we issue a gift card for the full booking value, valid 3 years. Inside 7 days, a 25% fee applies (minimum $250) to cover scheduling and lost income on allocated equipment.
Can I book within a week of my event?
Yes β€” we accept bookings inside 7 days. A 25% surcharge covers expedited logistics, administration and labour. Call us first for the fastest turnaround.
What extra fees might apply?
Standard delivery is included in your quote. Extra fees apply for time-restricted windows, before/after-hours delivery, stairs/lift access, sites with no direct vehicle access, dirty equipment ($150 minimum cleaning) and late returns. Full schedule on our extra charges page.
